Now that my trip to Amsterdam has come to an end, I headed to the bus station and got my Flixbus to Brussels. The trip was about 3 hours and I got two seats to myself. One of the better Flixbus rides I have had so far. I arrived in the pouring rain and ran to my hostel, checked in before heading back out to find lunch/dinner at O’Tacos. It was not what I expected and not very good food, but did the job. I then grabbed some snacks for later and headed back to the hostel to relax because it was still raining outside.

The next day I slept in, got my things together and explored Brussels a little bit. The weather still wasn’t very nice, so I just saw a few of the highlights including the center square where the Brussels palace was which was an impressive square filled with buildings with gold decorations everywhere. I then walked around, took some more photos of the city including the famous gate as well as visiting an auto museum at the location of the 1980’s Brussels Motor Show.

I then headed back to the hostel to relax, edit some more photos and get ready for my flight the next morning. It was a short visit to this city, and honestly one of the most boring cities I have been to.
